Class descriptions
All levels Vinyasa
This class is a great grounding and centering practice for all levels, including beginners. It incorporates the yoga principle of Vinyasa, which basically means “movement with breath.” This class will vary each week.
Gentle Basics
A mellow series of relaxing, flexibility-building poses, incorporating restorative and other yoga styles for a blissful full-body stretch. Perfect for those brand new to yoga, with limited mobility, or looking for a more restorative yoga experience.
Vinyasa Flow
An active sequence, combining movement and breath for a full-body experience. Incorporates sun salutations and opportunities to try more strengthening and challenging poses. Appropriate for all levels, including beginners seeking an active practice.
Yin with Slow Flow
This class will use props and blankets to hold restorative poses. This is the perfect class to begin the morning, as it gets into the connective tissue, fascia and deeper muscle areas. These poses are held for 3-5 minutes. Coupled with breath work, visualization and a slow flow you will feel restored, rejuvenated and ready for your day.
