Yoga is a key part of my life, giving me many mind, body and soul benefits. I practice yoga almost daily and have taught on and off for almost a decade. Yoga keeps me calm, able to balance my many activities and the physical practice is one of my favorite fitness activities now, along with walking, kayaking and cross country skiing.

Practicing for over a decade, and teaching since 2001, Hannah has trained in many styles, including O2 Yoga and YogaFit.
